SSIAM Won Best Investment Management Company 2014 Title by World Finance

07/07/2014  On July 7th, 2014, the World Finance, one of the world leading magazines in finance field officially announced the list of winners for its prestige Investment Management Awards 2014. This year SSI Asset Management Ltd (SSIAM) is the only Vietnam Company presented as the winners for “Best Investment Management Company” in Vietnam.

2013 proved to be another difficult year for Vietnamese Asset Management companies while witnessing more than 8800 Billion VND raised since inception by many Vietnamese AMCs were withdrawn, as the close-ended fund offers come to their official end or get converted into open-ended products. SSIAM continued to pursue its goal of raising new capital as well as managing existing investment most effectively. Total AUM of SSIAM increased 26% from 2670 billion VND to 3365 billion VND, revenue reached 30 million VND, surpassed its target by 220%, profit before tax reached 15 billion VND.
