Building a digital asset infrastructure ecosystem - a strategic leap with global partners
Hanoi, June 19, 2025 – A strategic cooperation signing ceremony was held at the Sheraton Hanoi Hotel between member companies of SSI Securities Corporation, including SSI Asset Management (SSIAM), the investment platform SSI Digital Ventures (managed by SSIAM), and SSI Digital Technology JSC (SSID), alongside international partners Tether, U2U Network, and Amazon Web Services (AWS).

The event brought together more than 100 distinguished guests, including senior leaders from all participating organizations, representatives from investment funds, technology companies, industry experts, and media. Notable attendees included Mr. Nguyen Duy Hung – Chairman of SSI Securities Corporation; Mr. Mai Huy Tuan – CEO of SSI Digital; Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Anh – CEO of SSIAM; Mr. Nguyen Phan Dung – Deputy CEO of SSIAM; Mr. Paolo Ardoino – CEO of Tether; Ms. Trang Phung – CEO of U2U Network; and Mr. Eric Yeo – Country General Manager of AWS Vietnam.

This marks the first time in Vietnam that a multi-stakeholder partnership involving a financial institution, a domestic blockchain technology company, and a global cloud service provider has been launched at such a strategic scale. Sharing a common vision, the parties will collaborate to promote hybrid infrastructure models, decentralized physical infrastructure networks (DePIN), decentralized computing, and blockchain applications—aiming to build a flexible, secure, and scalable digital ecosystem for society at large.

The signing ceremony is not only a strategic cooperation agreement among leading organizations in digital finance, blockchain, and cloud computing. It also serves as a symbolic step, reflecting the consensus between the private sector and the public sector in the journey of national digital transformation.
Mr. Nguyen Duy Hung, Chairman of SSI Securities Corporation, stated at the event: “It’s time for private enterprises and the government to act together. Now is the time to turn commitments into reality.”

Ms. Trang Phung, CEO of U2U Network, also added: “We believe it’s not about choosing between centralized or decentralized systems, but about integrating both to solve real-world problems and bring technology closer to businesses and citizens.”
