SSIAM hereby respectfully announces the record date for exercising the right to attend the 2026 Extraordinary General Investors’ Meeting of the SSI Bond Fund (SSIBF) as follows:

• The date to record the list of Investors eligible to attend the meeting: 04 February 2026
• The date to send invitation letter: expectedly 09/02/2026;
• The date to convene the General Investors’ Meeting: expectedly 02/03/2026;
• Form of meeting: meeting in one location.
• Proposed venue: as informed by SSIAM
• Contents to be Reported and Submitted for Investors’ Approval

i. Report on operational results for 2025 and investment strategy of 2026 of the Fund;

ii. Operation report of the Board of Fund Representatives in 2025;

iii. Seeking approval for the following matters:

a.  Approving the report on operational results of 2025 and investment strategy of 2026 of the Fund;

b. Approving the selection of the audit organization to conduct the review of the semi-annual financial statement and the audit of the financial statement for the year 2026 of the Fund;

c. Approval of the amendments and supplements of the Fund Charter;

d. Other contents (if any).

If the first General Investors’ Meeting fails to be conducted due to not having enough attending Investors holding more than 50% of the total voting rights, the second General Investors’ Meeting shall be convened as follows:

- The date to send the second invitation letter: expectedly 04/03/2026;

- The date to convene the second General Investors’ Meeting: expectedly 25/03/2026;

- Form of the meeting: meeting in one location;

- Proposed venue: as informed by SSIAM;

Contents and meeting documents: same as the first General Investors’ Meeting. The proxy form submitted by an Investor for the first meeting retain its validity for the second meeting, unless the Investor submits a new proxy form to SSIAM prior to the second meeting.
