SSIAM VNX50 ETF: Information disclosure on the execution of audit contract for fiscal year 2026

On 08 July 2026, SSI Asset Management Company Limited executed a contract with Ernst & Young Vietnam Co., Ltd. to conduct the review of semi-annual financial statement and the audit of annual financial statement in 2026 for SSIAM VNX50 ETF

SSI Asset Management Company Limited announces on the Resolution and Meeting minutes of the 2026 annual General Investors’ Meeting (second times) of SSIAM VNX50 ETF.

SSI Asset Management Company Limited (“SSIAM”) would like to invite Investors to participate in 2026 Annual General Investors’ Meeting (second time) of SSIAM VNX50 ETF.

SSI Asset Management Company Limited hereby discloses that the first convening of the 2026 annual General Investors’ Meeting of SSIAM VNX50 ETF did not satisfy the statutory conditions to proceed due to the failure to meet the required quorum of attending investors in accordance with applicable laws and the Fund Charter. Please refer to the attached file for further details.

On 08 April 2026, the Board of Fund Representatives of SSIAM VNX50 ETF (the “Fund”) approved the following matters:

- The extraordinary General Investors’ Meeting of the Fund scheduled for 23 April 2026 shall be converted into the 2026 annual General Investors’ Meeting, as the agenda of the extraordinary General Investors’ Meeting already includes the matters required to be approved at the annual General Investors’ Meeting (the “Meeting”).

- The cancellation of the extension of the time for holding the 2026 annual General Investors’ Meeting until 30 June 2026, which was approved under Resolution No. 03/2026/NĐ-BĐDQ of the Board of Fund Representatives dated 31 March 2026.
