On 31 March 2026, the Board of Fund Representatives of SSIAM VNX50 ETF (the “Fund”) has approved the appointment of Ms. Nguyen Thanh Tu as a temporary member of the Board of Fund Representatives, effective from 1 April 2026, to replace Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Hai, who has tendered her resignation.

On 08 April 2026, the Board of Fund Representatives of SSIAM VNX50 ETF (the “Fund”) approved the following matters:
- The extraordinary General Investors’ Meeting of the Fund scheduled for 23 April 2026 shall be converted into the 2026 annual General Investors’ Meeting, as the agenda of the extraordinary General Investors’ Meeting already includes the matters required to be approved at the annual General Investors’ Meeting (the “Meeting”).
- The cancellation of the extension of the time for holding the 2026 annual General Investors’ Meeting until 30 June 2026, which was approved under Resolution No. 03/2026/NĐ-BĐDQ of the Board of Fund Representatives dated 31 March 2026.

On 31 March 2026, the Board of Fund Representatives of SSIAM VNX50 ETF (the “Fund”) has approved the extension of the time for holding the 2026 annual General Investors’ Meeting to a suitable date, but no later than 30 June 2026.
