- Report on operational results for 2024 and investment strategy of 2025 of the Fund;
- Report on the supervisory bank in 2024;
- Operation report of the Board of Fund Representatives in 2024;
- Seeking approval for the following matters:
- Approving the report on operational results of 2024 and investment strategy of 2025 of the Fund;
- Approving the audited financial statement for the year 2024 of the Fund;
- Approving the selection of Ernst & Young Vietnam Co., Ltd. as the audit organization to conduct the review of the semi-annual financial statement and the audit of the financial statement for the year 2025 of the Fund;
- Other contents (if any).
If the first General Investors’ Meeting fails to be conducted due to not having enough attending investors holding more than 50% of the total voting rights, the second General Investors’ Meeting shall be convened as follows:
- The date to send the second invitation letter (via email and posted on SSIAM’s website): expectedly 24 April 2025
- The date to convene the second General Investors’ Meeting: expectedly 15 May 2025
- Form of the meeting: meeting in one location
- Proposed venue: as informed by SSIAM
