INVITATION LETTER TO 2025 ANNUAL GENERAL INVESTORS’ MEETING OF SSI SUSTAINABLE COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE FUND

SSI Asset Management Company Limited (“SSIAM”) would like to invite Investors to participate in 2025  Annual General Investors’ Meeting of SSI SUSTAINABLE COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE FUND (“Fund”), with details as follows:

• Approving the Report on operational result of 2024 and investment strategy of 2025 of the Fund (as attached in item 4); 
• Approving the audited Financial Statement of the Fund for the year 2024. Download here, please.
• Approving the Selection of Ernst & Young Vietnam Co., Ltd. as an audit organization to conduct the review of semi-annual financial statement and the audit of the financial statement for the year 2024 of the Fund.
• Approving the amendment of the Fund Charter to update the new license on establishment and operation of the supervisory bank and other contents.
• Other contents (if any).

To ensure the success of the Meeting, please confirm Investors’ attendance or deliver your Investor’s Voting Form or Letter of Authorization to SSIAM at the address given below by 3:00 p.m. on 22 April 2025:
