SSI Asset Management Company Limited (“SSIAM”) would like to respectfully inform Investors of the supplementation of the proposed amendments to the Fund Charter in SSIAM’s Proposal, as well as the extension of the deadline for receiving Investors’ Voting Forms for the 2026 Annual Investors’ Meeting, as follows:

1. Supplementation of the proposed amendments to Articles 61.1.a and 61.2.c of the Fund Charter to remove the term “maximum” in order to stipulate specific levels of the Fund Management Fee and the Supervisory Fee, as detailed in SSIAM’s Proposal, please see attached.

2. Extension of the deadline for receiving Investors’ Voting Forms for the 2026 Annual Investors’ Meeting:

- Previous deadline for submission of Voting Forms: 5:00 p.m. on April 3, 2026

- New deadline for submission of Voting Forms: 5:00 p.m. on April 13, 2026

In the event that an Investor has submitted a Voting Form and does not provide any additional response or replacement opinion, it shall be deemed and understood that the Investor makes no changes to the contents of the Voting Form already submitted.
