SSIAM would like to inform that the 2025 Annual General Investors’ Meeting of the Fund shall be held under the form of collecting written opinions. The Collection Form of Investor’s Written Opinions is enclosed with this Official Letter to implement the following matters:

4. Collection form (Download here, please.) of investors' written opinions to vote through the following contents:

• Approving the report on operational results of 2024 and investment strategy of 2025 of the Fund, details here;
• Approving the audited annual financial statement of the Fund for the year 2024, details here;
• Approving the selection of Ernst & Young Vietnam Co., Ltd. as the audit organization to conduct the review of the semi-annual financial statement and the audit of the financial statement for the year 2025 of the Fund;
• Proposal on voting matters at General Investor's Meeting. Download here, please

Eligible voters in the 2025 Annual General Investors’ Meeting shall be all Investors holding the Fund Unit as of 21 March 2025.

Deadline to collect Investor’s written opinions: by 05:00 p.m, 23 April 2025. Investor, please sign and send the Collection Form of Investor’s Written Opinions attached to this Official Letter via registered email with SSIAM or fax or post office/express delivery to the email address/fax number/head office address of SSIAM in such document as below:
